Returns within the guarantee period
We repair products that fail during the guarantee period. Our General Terms and Conditions apply. We ask you to ship the goods DDP (delivered duty paid). After the repairs have been completed, the return shipment will also be made by us DDP.
Returns outside of the guarantee period
We also repair products that are out of the guarantee period on a “no fix – no charge” basis. The costs have either been calculated as flat rate or at cost. The price depends on the equipment type.
Procedure for returns
To ensure an efficient repair turnaround, please include the following with the shipment:
- Copy of the invoice or delivery note
- Contact details for possible queries
- Reason for the return
The goods should be packaged for safe transport.
Handling return deliveries
We handle receiving, recording, repair and shipping within 10 to 15 working days. In exceptional cases, however, this period may be longer.
